Adult Literacy: Assessment Workshop

harvest-bookThis is a half day (4.0 hour) workshop designed to teach adult literacy tutors how to complete literacy assessments on learners to provide a baseline of where to start the learning process. Assessments help literacy tutors and instructors hone in on the current level of their learners' knowledge and skills to accurately formulate specific instruction. Assessment tools, which show progress and educational gains, will be shared.
