Taking the Mystery out of Floral Design Workshop

This hands-on introduction to Floral Design is being presented by the Floral City Garden Club.  Participants will learn the mechanics of floral design along with design basics and each registered participant will create an arrangement to take home . shineIf you aren't familiar with Medicare or the other available resources, or if you just want to brush up on what you already know, SHINE from the Florida Department of Elder Affairs can help. The presentation provides information and resources on how to make informed choices when it comes to Medicare eligibility, supplemental insurance,  advantage plans, prescription drug coverage and savings programs. All SHINE programs are free and unbiased; counseling is always confidential.
