Friends of the Lakes Region Library Business Meeting

lakesThe Friends of the Library are non-profit organizations dedicated to enhancing public library service for the citizens of Citrus County.

Friends are people who love books, love to read, and want to help others enjoy the pleasure of reading. Friends donate time and resources to the libraries and Friends’ organizations. Friends believe that they can make the difference between a good Library System and a great Library System. Friends of the Library work to make libraries and their community better.

Become part of a fun group that makes a real difference. You can download an application form, fill it out, and bring it into your local library today.

Exercise Your Mind Trivia Challenge

srp-adultKeep your mind in shape this summer with Exercise Your Mind Trivia. Warm up tonight for a summer of fun while participating in some trivia contests before learning all about our challenge event.  Sign up as an individual, a team or a family unit.  Every two weeks you will receive a specially designed set of questions to challenge you.  At the end of July during our finale party, the winner of the most quiz rounds will be awarded a fantastic prize and their photo will be displayed in the library!
