National Library Week is just around the corner, so come discover what the Citrus County Library System can do to help enhance your life! We will be featuring themed happenings for each day of the week. So you will have plenty of opportunities to learn what the library has to offer! Starting on Monday, April 15th all of the branches will be celebrating services that the library offers.
Monday the 15th, learn about Ask-A-Librarian, a program that can be used online via email, instant messing, or even with a phone call.
On Tuesday the 16th, discover a depth of resources at www.citruslibraries.org with our Customer Service Team.
Don’t miss out on Wednesday the 17th! You can find out what a difference you can make within Citrus County by becoming a “Friend” with our Friends of the Library organizations.
Thursday April the 18th celebrates children and young adult literacy! Discover how children can improve reading skills, while they create a delightful craft. Don’t worry teens, we didn’t forget about you! Be inspired to read as you select a special book to keep in celebration of Teen Literature Day!
Friday, April 19th celebrates adult literacy and volunteer tutoring! You can help achieve your reading, writing, and English language goals with our Literacy Team. Or, learn how you can enrich someone’s life by becoming a volunteer literacy tutor.
Saturday, April 20th discover how you can share your talent and help the library with our volunteer team.
Finally, on Saturday April 20th help us wrap up National Library Week by joining the Central Ridge Branch in Beverly Hills for the newly renovated Youth Room “Wild Things” grand opening!
