Pre-GED Essay Writing - In this instructor led class, learners will review how to write an essay and work on increasing their reading comprehension. The topics covered will include: sentences, paragraphs, subject- verb agreement, and verb tenses.

This seven-week series of Citizenship Classes will teach adult learners the basic knowledge needed to pass the U.S. Naturalization Exam. Topics covered include: American history, the three branches of government, courts and the legal system, and famous Americans. The classes will also focus on speaking, reading, and writing skills. Learners will receive sample test questions and have interview practice. Space is limited.
