Do you dream of becoming an American citizen? Join us at the library for five weeks of classes designed to teach individuals the skills they will need to pass the U.S.Naturalization exam.
Topics covered include: American history, the three branches of government, courts and the legal system, and famous Americans. The classes will also focus on speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Chocolate expert Greg Sedbrook will delight the audience with a program entitled "In Pursuit of Chocolate Excellence. Included in the presentation will be a history of the origin of chocolate, it's development as a favorite sweet, varieties, health benefits and recipes.

Manatees may be well adapted to hear and detect significant biological sounds in their environments; however, boats and ships were never part of their evolutionary histories. Why do they keep getting run over by boats? Are they still on the endangered species list?
