Lakes Region Library is proud to be sponsoring the program of Yang Tai Chi 13, taught by Mr. Eric Poling, student of the renowned practitioner of this exercise system, C.S. Tang of Hong Kong. Yang Tai Chi 13 is one of the several forms of traditional Tai Chi and emphasizes the building of strength, balance, and co-ordination through simple movements that also relax the mind and deepen the breathing. It is low impact, aerobic and beneficial for all especially seniors.
