World Tai-Chi Day; One World, One Breath

tai-chi-class-beachJoin Nancy Kamm, veteran tai-chi practioner and teacher for a demonstration of the ancient healing art of tai-chi. Follow her and her pupils through a series of the basic motions that can lead to better balance, muscle tone and sense of well being.

All are invited to join in as well. Weather permitting we will be holding this demonstration on the grounds of the library but will move inside if necessary.
