Celebrate Reading is a fun reading session that consists of 2 programs that help preschool and elementary school age children develop literacy skills, improve their reading, and gain a love of books.

In PAWS to Read, children will be able to practice their reading skills by reading aloud to Penny, a certified therapy dog.

In Reading Pals @ Your Library, teens read storybooks to 1 or 2 younger children at a time. Children may wish to draw or write about a story they like. Listening to stories, talking about stories, and reading aloud are great ways to improve literacy skills while having a good time! Come and enjoy books at the library, where reading is fun!
